Oxbridge's Care Monitoring system helps homecare workers by reducing the amount of paperwork they have to fill in each day. By reducing the amount of daily administration, care workers will be able to potentially fit in extra visits throughout the week.
The system uses hand-held devices which hold all the relevant form and information for the day's visits. When an operative arrives at the client's home they scan a barcode which is placed in the client's careplan. By scanning the the barcode the carer has proved the time of arrival and the relevant information for the client will be availiable on the handheld.
All forms are completed on the handheld device and stored for when the carer returns to the office at the end of the day. Once all tasks have been carried out the operative scans the barcode again and the client has the option to sign to say the work has been carried out to their satisfaction.
The System Produces a time sheet for each individual carer for the week and shows how much of their time is spen in clients homes and between visits.
