The system can cater for both internal and external customer support and will enable you to work with any number of companies with multiple sites.

 

Call Logging is customer based. With just a few clicks of a button most of the call details are automatically logged for you. In addition customers can log their own calls by email or web browser making your helpdesk avaliable 24 hours per day 7 days a week. By using this facility customers can be kept informed of the call progress directly via email. In addition any other action that would normally entail a phone call can be undertaken by email
